If you’re a Black Hills Energy utility customer, Service Guard is conveniently applied to your Black Hills Energy bill each month. Otherwise, you receive a separate bill, payable through a method listed here.
Pay The Easy Way: CheckLINE®
No stamps, no writing checks, no forgetting. Easy! Receive advance notice by mail each month of the usage, balance, amount due and date your payment will automatically be deducted from your bank account with No convenience fees!
Pay By Phone
Call Speedpay's toll-free service number at 1-866-537-9039 and follow the prompts to pay your Service Guard bill with your VISA, MasterCard or Discover card - or from your checking account.
Electronic check payment not available in Kansas; Service provided by SPEEDPAY. You pay a convenience fee per transaction to SPEEDPAY.
Late payers, please note: Once your Speedpay payment is complete, and you have received a confirmation number, we will be notified of your payment. If you are a Black Hills Energy customer and your utility service has been disconnected, contact customer service at 1-888-890-5554 with your confirmation number to have your service restored. Thank you.
Pay Online
Pay your Service Guard fee online at SPEEDPAY's Web site with your VISA, MasterCard or Discover card - or from your checking account.
